A little while ago I landed a 2013 Chassagne Dent de Chien from this producer for a fairly low price at auction, probably around $150. Now I see that 2 bottles of the 2020 have gone up for auction with a reserve price of $325 per bottle.
Was there some sort of change to the winemaking techniques/winemaker with this domaine in the last few years? I can’t find any information suggesting so online, seems like it’s been the same guy since the ‘90s. Any insights here would be appreciated!
