I just tonight finished the last quarter of You, Me and The Moon, which was still beautiful after being open for a week+ under Vacuvin. In for a mixed 6.

Excellent wines. I love how the whites really open up and show their best after a few hours of air.

That’s some willpower! And that’s great to hear, we try to craft the wines to age well and that also comes through in how they drink over multiple days.
