I am far from expert in this area - I drink a lot of fizz, but at a somewhat lower price point (~US$30-$70) so I can’t offer much. But I would say that Jacquesson (I assume you mean the 7xx numbered series) are a mile away from Krug or Dom!
Egly Les Premices will show off a rounder and richer style as will a Jacquesson 700 series.
I will say that Pouillon Solera does get called “baby Krug” a fair bit and I’ve made that comparison in the past myself. But that also kinda does it a disservice as it’s a beautiful wine on its own.
It’ll also come down to what is available near you. If you’re in a state where you have loads of options, that will help tremendously.
I don’t know if there’s a great answer to this. The distinguishing characteristic of Krug GC is the mature wines in the blend. You’re not gonna get that from a grower off the shelf without putting in some cellar time, even if it’s very high quality.
