9 98 point wines
10 97 point wines
18 96 point wines

must be a good year…

16 wines over 95 points and under $50

tons of value in 07 CDP

Wow is right!!!

It’s almost as if it is the greatest vintage EVER in ANY viticultural area

Wow. Wait … they’re French! neener

There are some pretty rocking concord grapes on a vine in my backyard. Does that qualify?

Since everything else under the sun got 95+ points, why not?

It’s a 5 point scale.

95’s the new 80?

Kidding aside, for us non-subscribers, can you name some names S?

Yeah seriously, name some names before the ‘hype’ machine goes into overdrive and the prices go up 50% by next week!

I’m guessing PU is one of the high scores.

It’s a California wine, so it’s safe.

Plus Big Jay can make a big ol’ pb n’ j sandwich out of them, while he scores it 98+.

If you have a large stone for licking and a handful of smaller pebbles that you can suck on while tasting a CDP of ANY vintage, it will automatically raise the score 2-4 points. [berserker.gif] Really.

How did Pegau Reservee & Barbe Rac measure up?

Chris

Man I passed on the Janasse VV and just went for the regular bottling- How’d that do?

Wow, thats great for St. Cosme, love their wines. Thought I may not be able to afford them anymore.

first gigondas to get 100??

These scores should be treated as big news by everyone who didn’t realize that Robert Parker has a major thing for Chateauneuf-du-Pape. It is possibly the biggest story in the wine world since the news that Cos was going to buy Montelena.

F*ck!!! pissed to see Boislauzon’s “quet” on that list.

Lost in this are the fantastic scores from WA state…
