I’ve had a couple that I liked, but can’t remember their names.
I recently enjoyed a Cristalino Brut Rose Cava. Price was around $9. Very bright and enjoyable.
In the past, another Rose Cava I have enjoyed is the Casteller Rose Cava. A little touch of sweetness on the finsih but still a nice wine. Around $8 if I recall correctly.

Roger Goulart Brut Reserva. The '05 might still be around and it’s quite tasty. I haven’t had the '06 yet.
NV rigol 1897 Cava Nadal Brut, shows up on WTSO frequently for $11, but can be found in stores too. Plenty of fresh lemon and green apple, a slight bit of creaminess, pretty nice.
Naverran “Perles Roses” is fantastic, although it comes with an aproximate $40’ish price tag.

My favorite Cava producer these days is Josep Maria Raventós i Blanc. I’ve given 91 points to the following bottlings of theirs:
NV Cava L’Hereu Brut
2003 Cava Gran Reserva de la Finca Brut
2006 Cava L’Hereu de Nit
2007 Cava L’Hereu Reserva Brut
I also like 2001 Gramona Cava III Lustros Gran Reserva.
Juvé y Camps Cava Reserva de la Familia Brut Nature
have enjoyed several vintages of this cava.
Jose Pastor’s “German Gilabert” Cava is consistently the best I’ve had. Minerality, crisp, zesty flavors, the full package for under $20. Doesn’t taste overly sweetened or acidified like many other value brands.
Note: I’m ITB but don’t sell this wine. Happily poured it at my wedding last year
