Last minute trip to Carmel by the Sea. Would love any recommendations of tasting rooms to visit or local wines to sample!

A little bit outside:
- I. Brand & Family in Carmel Valley
- Pierce Ranch in Monterey
I was visiting family last month who took us to Folktale Winery for Sunday Brunch. Really pretty property, expansive space to hang out. A few of the Wines were pretty good.
That place certainly is a scene!
Windy oaks has tasting room down town off of ocean st. Interesting Pinots that age well
Ian Brand up the street in Carmel Valley IMO is the best producer in Monterrey County (end of story). Windy oaks next door to them makes some good medium body style pinot. There are probably 20+ tasting rooms in Carmel Valley.

Can’t say enough good things about I. Brand wines. Affordable for their high quality and the old vine Mourvèdre is stellar. Not in the Carmel village proper, but worth a short drive from there.
