Can we wrap this up? This discussion has become repetitive in the extreme, bordering on harassing.
The OG David B expressed what he clearly stated to be an opinion. Opinions can range from extremely unpersuasive to extremely persuasive. Where they fall on that continuum is a judgment call. And reasonable minds may differ.
It is inconceivable that David has not seen the requests to provide details. But no commenter is under any obligation to respond. And, at this point, you may, or may not, be waiting until the cows come home. Time will tell. But can we please move on?

since David doesn’t have the fortitude to name the $50 wine, maybe a reasonable middleground is a Cam like write-up to describe this amazing $50 wine. drop some easter eggs and tease it some.

In a sea of SE and Macdonald guessers I’m going against the masses. Lot 100 will be VHR juice 
(but I’m also cool with Wayfarer or DDLC Pinot)

Lot 96 looks to be a Pinot! However, 14% or more ABV…
It’s a Napa Valley. However, I also enjoy SRH PN.
That’s really not fair to Larry. It’s nice of somebody to send him a case and maybe get some private feedback, but to expect him to comment publicly isn’t required or should be expected.
No winemaker is going to do that, we all have our preferences and it’s unfair to ask one winemaker to judge other wines publicly. If there’s a flaw ok, but just based on quality or style…no.
