Brut Zero 3 pack #1- $150
- 2- 2016 Blanc de Blanc
- 1- 2014 Blanc de Blanc
We are once again offering our two extremely limited production Brut Zero Blanc de Blancs from Anderson Valley. Please check out our website for the story on this exciting project. It’s 100% Wente clone Chardonnay, from old vines, dry farmed and meticulously managed by our own Casey Hartlip. Aged 6 and 8 years Sur lie, no oak was employed nor dosage added to these sparkling wines. The 2016 has fresh bread dough and citrus on the nose with green apple skin and grandma’s lemon curd on the palate, exhibiting laser like focus. It’s long and luxurious, yet has wonderful structure and acidity. It will age effortlessly for 20-30 years. The 2014, from the same vines, is a bit softer with golden delicious apple, almond, and Meyer lemon. It has nice brioche throughout from 8 years on the lees. It will age well into the next two decades.

Old and aged Cabernet and Friends- $100
- 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon, Old Mill vineyard, Humboldt County- This was my very first commercial wine, made from our Old Mill Vineyard. I planted this vineyard in 1998. The vines were organically farmed and own rooted. Picked at 23.8 brix, it is 13.8% alc. This is old school Cali Cab with its nose of graphite, pencil lead, and cigar box. Dark fruits are still plush, with nice remaining acidity and resolved tannin structure. We found four cases of this in our storage and I’m offering the last 36 btls in this pack. Age 24 months in neutral French oak.
- 2008 Klamath Cuvee, Humboldt County- 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 25% Syrah. This was intended to be the 2008 Confluence as we had made this similar blend in past years, but we weren’t able to access the fruit of the three vineyards this blend was sourced from. The Cabernet was from a tiny, half acre 20 year old vineyard right next to our estate vineyard. The Merlot was from our Old Mill vineyard. the Syrah was from “Henderson Hill” vineyard i helped a friend plant just up river from us in 2001.
- 2010 Confluence, Pierce Ranch- 40% Cabernet Franc, 20% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Malbec, 8% Petite verdot
Chardonnay 3 Pack- $85
These Chardonnays were an experimental lot made for personal and family consumption. only 22 cases of each were made and were offering the remaining bottles to you. These are from the Lost Coast vineyard, in Petrolia, Ca. It’s a cold, windswept site just 2.8 miles from the ocean, dry farmed, 20 year old vines.
- 2017 Lost Coast - aged 24 months in Neutral Damy French oak. It’s very white Burgundy in style with lemon, saline, mineral, and medium plus acid. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Has a very fine layer of lees which contributes to the aromatics and texture of these Chardonnays. 13.2% alc.
- 2017 Humboldt - Same fruit, and treatment, yet only 12 months in barrel. More Chablis like in character.
- 2015 Lost Coast - Slightly warmer year than 17 but still 13.2% alcohol and having very mineraly, Burgundy like character
Viognier 3 Pack- $80
These 3 Viogniers are all from the Lost Coast vineyard and recieved three seperate treatments. All bottled unfined and unfiltered.

This is a bit more full on with a big perfumed nose of honeysuckle, lychee and candied orange rind. Pallate is quite dry with peach skin, orange marmalade, and a distinct white pepper finish.
Pinot Pack 3 pack- $100
- 2017 Humboldt Pinot- 60% Lost Coast vineyard, 40% Elk Prairie
- 2017 Lost Coast vineyard
- 2016 Anderson Valley
Lost Coast vineyard, planted in 1998, is 2.8 miles miles from the ocean in Petrolia, Humboldt county. The volcanic soils and strong cold winds control vigor and make for small yields of thick skins. The Pinots from this site are very woodsy, with forest floor, mushroom and spice on the nose. They’re structured but very light in texture, with bright strawberry, and cherry. This is cold climate Pinot. The 17 vintage was picked Oct. 22nd, beautifully ripe at 22.5 brix, 13.2% alc.
Elk Prairie was planted in 1993 to the Martini clone with the intention of making sparkling wine, as southern Humboldt was a pretty cold wet place to ripen red Pinot. In 1998 an additional 4 acres we’re planted to French clones 115, 777, and pommard 2. This vineyard is dry farmed and situated just above the fog line 8.5 miles from the Pacific in the Fruitland ridge area in Southern Humboldt.
The 2016 Anderson Valley is from the Valley Foothills vineyard, in the deep, cool end of the valley. It was farmed by our own Casey Hartlip. It’s bright and juicy, no new oak, with nice spice and woodsy character.
New Zin 3 pack- $80
- 2018 Zinfandel Humboldt- 13.8%alc
- 2019 Zinfandel Humboldt- 13.7% alc
- 2019 Zinfandel Marier- 90% Zin 10% Viognier co fermented 13.9% alc
Our Zinfandel comes from Marier Vineyard, a few miles behind and above our winery. It’s at 1500 ft elevation and the vines are grown on steep slopes, head pruned. The vines are organically farmed and own rooted. At 15 years of age, Marier is really starting to produce wines of distinction and balance. In 2018 we picked on the early side, at lower sugars than we’ve ever picked at, with the intention of lower alcohol levels and more structure and acidity in the wines. Our 2018 is aged in 10 year or older French barrels. It reminds me of a Carignan based southern Rhone with it’s red currant, red bing cherry, and bright acidity. The 19s we’re both picked at 22.5- 23.5 brix. The 19 Humboldt is 100% Zinfandel. The Marier was co-fermented with 10% Viognier, bringing a juicy honeysuckle component to the red raspberry, and cherry. These will age and gain complexity over the next 10-15 years. Aged in 100% neutral French oak.

The tiny bit of Viognier freshens the finish. Our 2019 Marier ZInfandel is bright red fruited, co-femeneted with 10% Viognier and has medium plus acidity
Aged Syrah pack- $190

Old ZIn 3 pack- $80
These are from the dry farmed head pruned vines in the old Mill vineayard i planted in 1998.
- 2004 ZInfandel, Humboldt - Fully into the stage of secondary and tertiary aromas and flavors with graphite, pencil lead, amd red currant. still holding its bright Zinny fruit, the palate is still really nice with red cherry and candied orange rind. Finish is long. Still brihgt and very clean.
- 2004 Zinfandel, Tributary- 85% ZInfandel 15% Syrah. A little more dark fruit on the nose with cigar box, cedar, Kirsch, and dried blackberry notes. Smells like blackberries drying on the vine on a hot summer day. It’s gorgeous, with dried cherry, dried blackberry, and cherry liquor. It’s ripe, but still has nice acidity and freshness to keep the finish pumping. These are a testimony to the agebility of Zinfandel from our region.
- 2006 Zinfandel- Humboldt- Dusty Nose or red cherry kirsch and rare steak. Palate is bright and clean, echoing the nose. nice medium acidity, and a long kirsch finish.
Aged ZInfandel Pack- $80
- 2007 Zinfandel Tributary- Old Mill vineyard
- 2009 Zinfandel Tributary- Pierce Ranch
- 2016 ZInfandel- Humboldt
These older wines show how well Zinfandel can age and turn into a very complex multilayered wine. These three wines still have nice red fruit and good concentration but now resemble aged Brunello or Montepulciano in character. its been fun watching them mature and they are now all in their drinking window, for those who like complex, aged ZIns.
Thank you so much for your consideration and support over the years.
