Hi there John - Looking forward to getting a few of your Zin’s back on hand. Wish I had time to come to the river to pick them up, but will have to settle for shipping.
Thanks,
Dan

Hey John, What are shipping times looking like to FL? I have an event on feb 17th & 18th. I would love to serve the aged syrahs and the brut zeros. Can you confirm that I can get them by then? Thanks!

btw, I always impress with your aged syrahs… they reliably blow the minds of somms and out-of-town-euros.

Thanks Dan

That’s great Eric. I’m glad you’re enjoying them

I know there were a lot of you who tried the 16 Brut Zero in the first year, and were underwhelmed. I assure you it has come around and is singing. I chose not to add dosage in order to showcase the quality and structure of this old vine Chardonnay fruit from Roederers most prized, dry farmed block at Valley Foothills vineyard. I’ll admit this was a once in a career opportunity to obtain this fruit, but I’m so greatful to have the l chance to grab fruit from 2014 and 2016.

I will second the comment on the 2016. I had it over the summer and was very impressed. Since I ordered more yesterday, I opened my only bottle of 2014. Incredible. I’m not the biggest sparkling fan, but these are fantastic. Don’t hesitate to order if you still can.
