Burghound on Oregon PN?

I’m not looking for violations of intellectual property rights here but could anyone give me an idea of some of his favorite producers? I’m interested in hearing about what a European palate thinks. Some of the ones that he doesn’t like that show up in our best of based on the poll would be helpful too. Partially I’m trying to see how we match – if we do I’ll spring for the single issue with the latest Oregon notes ($35). Thanks!

As an aside I glanced through IWC and would summarize unscientifically as follows:

Tier 1
Thomas
Patricia Green
Archery Summit
Ken Wright
St. Innocent and maybe
Chehalem
Cristom

Tier 2
Belle Pente
Soter
Willakenzie
Adelsheim
Dom Drouhin
Patton
Bethel Heights
Lemelson

Tier 3
Elk Cove
White Rose
Bergstrom
Penner-Ash
Stoller
Antica Terra
Beaux Freres
Amity

They also really like Arterberry Maresh and Amalie but there aren’t that many notes given.

While he likely prefers a more burgundian style, Meadows does not seem to take that into account when scoring. For example, the 2005 Archery Summit’s score mostly 91’s, while the 2005 Cameron’s are 88-89s.

Curiously, the Cameron notes seem much more positive, but then he comments that they might not be for everyone.
