taking a client to dinner. Could go to the dining room at the Ritz, where we are staying, but I would prefer something a bit more fun/exciting/interesting. Needn’t be deluxe but should be delicious
Aria would be my choice. Just got 5 stars from the AJC (along with Bacchanalia) Fantastic place
There is no “dinning room” at the Ritz anymore. Just a cafe and a bar, though this food is good. I would also recommend Restaurant Eugene.
When I was in Atlanta last year, John, Bowden and others organized an amazing dinner at Restaurant Eugene.
Restaurant Eugene’s menu looks very interesting. Thanks everyone!
Neal - Eugene is a great choice but I do want to warn you that if any of your guests have food allergies or constraints, tread carefully here. On our last meal there, the kitchen brought out 3 of 5 courses that were obviously not appropriate for some expressed food allergies/intolerances. Service also seem confused all night and during a tasting menu, we had a 45-minute lag between courses, with the others coming out ~15 minutes apart. Our other experiences have been great so not sure if this was an anomaly or a sign of things to come.
Aria is exceptional but can get loud with a full room.
Craft might be an interesting choice if you are staying at the RC. Just down the road.
Also, Bluepointe if you are looking for something a bit fashionable.
