Ingredients
500g brussels sprouts
50g bacon/guanciale
50g hazelnuts (I used roasted ones from Piedmont)
1 knob butter
optional: 1tsp sugar
Preparation
- Cook brussels sprouts for 20-30min. in salted water
\ - Sieve it.
\ - Sauté softly the bacon stripes with oil
\ - Add a knob of butter to the pan
\ - Then put the brussels sprouts in the pan. Mix it.
\ - Also add the chopped hazelnuts
\ - Serve it with any kind of meat. ENJOY
