Ingredients

500g brussels sprouts
50g bacon/guanciale
50g hazelnuts (I used roasted ones from Piedmont)
1 knob butter

optional: 1tsp sugar


Preparation

  1. Cook brussels sprouts for 20-30min. in salted water

  2. Sieve it.



    \
  3. Sauté softly the bacon stripes with oil

  4. Add a knob of butter to the pan



    \
  5. Then put the brussels sprouts in the pan. Mix it.

  6. Also add the chopped hazelnuts



    \
  7. Serve it with any kind of meat. ENJOY
