Briceland Vineyards - Celebrating our 40th Harvest and 12th Berserker Day Offers Extended to Monday 9am- Humboldt's Finest Since 1985

Join us in celebrating our 12th year on Berserker Day and our 40th Harvest in Southern Humboldt County in Far North California.

The times they are a changing and this year we are changing too… More on that later. Berserkers Day sales helps us to cover our bottling expenditures at this slow time of year. If you can pitch in, it really helps keep us going.

Over 75% of the WB orders in the last few years are from repeat customers. This extra time gives first timers a chance to give our juice a shot. Check it out. Read the comments from trusted berserkers. Check out CT reviews. All signs are, it’s safe to jump in.

Generally, we are known for our Humboldt Pinot Noirs, but we have a substantial list of small batch wines that include a range of no-oak whites, all on the brighter side. This year we are encouraging our supporters to try something new from our list in terms of whites, rosé or Bordeaux varietals.

Thanks for your ongoing support to all of those who have come back for more.

Deals first, story follows. An asterisk (*) indicates that the wine was made with organically farmed grapes.

Thanks for looking at our 12th annual Berserker Day offering. The Berserkers experience has been a fantastic way to connect our tiny, off the beaten path winery with true wine lovers. What a looking forward to hearing from you…

Thank you Andrew! Great to see you again this year. We are all out of Petit Verdot, and so I look forward to that and other goodies coming with the order. Have a great BD 17!

Thanks for your order, Tom. Nice to speak with you.

Cheers,

Sparkling/Chard and Rose/Pet Nat for me. I know that means I’m doubling up on the Pet Nat, but it’s such a fun and tasty drink.

Thanks for the offer!

We had a lovely visit when we were (finally) up in Humboldt last summer. Kids loved it too.

This is the way… ordering for shipping is fine, but visiting the area and paying a visit is where it’s really at. We did this twice now in recent years, see my posts with pictures here:

Thanks Uli and Adam and everyone else who has orders in.

Great wines. Opened this tonight and it’s absolutely wonderful!

Tried this over the weekend and thought it was fantastic. Wanted to post this note in case anyone was on the fence. Ishi Pishi is a funny name, but a great vineyard.

  • 2016 Briceland Vineyards Malbec Ishi Pishi Ranch - USA, California, North Coast, Humboldt County (1/31/2026)
Deep purple; it appears younger than its age. Intensely scented with white flowers, spice, and purple fruit. On the plate white flowers, black cherry, plum, blackberry and spice. Medium+ bodied and concentrated, but it remand quite lithe in the mouth with good acidity and balance and well-integrated tannins.

Just a delicious wine, that is more about terroir than grape. The Ishi Pishi vineyard profile is apparent with the signature white floral note and good acidity. The wine also reflects the sensibilities of winemaker Andrew Morris, who produces wines that are lower in alcohol, full flavored, and balanced. I don’t love Malbec; I loved this wine.
