For those who don’t know this winery they have a tasting room down the road for Delille and Betz in Woodinville, Wa. Phil Franks and I were there after the Betz release party and I really enjoyed their wines. After I went through the wines I bought that day, I picked up a bottle of the 04 L’Étalon bases on tasting notes from CT.
So when my daughter came over today to study she wanted me to pour her a glass of wine and I opened the 04 L’Étalon. It was wonderful! For a $20 wine I was thrilled…Brian Carter wines are sub $30 wines but drink really well, so if your looking for a good everyday drinker give them a try.
