Thanks Martin. This is usefull for me since I plan to be in Berlin first week of March.

I was at Wein&Glas in November 2005 at your recommendation and it was an “Outer Limits” moment. I walked in and a visiting winemaker was pouring his Australian Grenache. It was Tir Na Nog, a bottle of which I had just had at my house in New York a week earlier. Interesting wine shop. I bought a few interesting dessert wines that never make it to NY and then brought them to the now defunct Peter Lugeresque Dinner. Very nice shop and the owners were nice people.

I know a couple too.
But they are …ssssshhh

I will be there in April. What’s the best one for Burgundy?

The best cook in town is Tim Raue with his restaurant at Checkpoint Charlie. He also cooked for Barack Obama.
