I have heard great feedback on Lamb from Flannery & Elysian Fields. I was wondering what are some of the other places that are known for very high quality lamb meat.

@alan_weinberg has highly recommended Te Mana lamb (which is now Lumina) from Kai Gourmet in the past. The minimum for free shipping to the east coast has been a barrier to entry for me, and the racks no longer specify the producer, although the other cuts still do. Maybe worth looking into.

Unfortunately you can’t buy Jamison farm lamb anymore, but it was insane.

I know I’ve asked this before but does anyone know of a source for yearling lamb/hogget in the US?
