Vodka. With fresh orange juice (none of that Trading Places crap).

You’re welcome.

Ice cold vodka with caviar?

I like Juve y Camps Cava, if available.

It’s been a couple years (so not sure they still have it) but trader Joe’s had a German Riesling Sekt that was acceptable but just rocked as a mimosa.

Definitely a step up from Segura Viudas, and one I would go for if it’s in the budget.

Good fresh squeezed orange juice and Domaine Mumm Blanc de Noirs. Yes, bottle is pricey, but with mimosas a bottle goes a long way. Still only like $3 a drink. And super yummy.

Dibon Cava would be my choice, but as others have said almost any Cava will do.

They do have Dibon at Whole Foods but not sure about the price.

Some folks advise to not cook with wines you wouldn’t drink, and I think the same philosophy applies to this.

Frexinet (the black bottle) is (was?) available in about every grocery store in my college town and cheap. It also is passable fizz and a Cava, so ticks the boxes. Agree on the St. Hillaire Limoux too.

I’d say cava Dibon, Bohigas, juve y camps or castellroig,

We usually go with Kirkland Prosecco for our parties when mimosa’s are served.

Most Cavas are in a good price range for mimosas.

Thanks for all the great input. Unfortunately, the men of PKA pulled the trigger on a few (?) cases of Cook’s.

Mmm-mmm!!!

I’ll just take the orange juice, please.

It’s the opposite of peanut butter cups. you got Champagne in my orange juice and you spilled orange juice in my Champagne are both worse outcomes than either separately.
