Same happened to me. At first they said I purchased in-store until I stated that I did not and there is no physical store front. They opened an investigation and eventually (~10 days later) the credit showed up.
Had an AMEX offer for $50 off $250 spend for Vinfolio. I had never ordered from Vinfolio so a friend sent me a referral for 10% off.
I ended up stacking 10% off with that $50 off $250 spend and went in for 3 bottles of 19’ Pichon Baron, 3 Leoville Barton and a magnum of Leoville Poyferre. Got 10% off everything plus another $50 at the end.
Would like to thank everyone for the wine.com coupons posted over the last few months. I’ve definitely gotten some great deals and I really appreciate it! Thank you to everyone who has posted.
Since someone complained about a separate post I made about PYCM wines being available in some locations on Wine.com, I thought I’d just post here that they have a number of SQN, Saxum, Marcassin and Cayuse wines showing as new additions available in OR. None of these are my style of wine, but I know they have their fans here.
Interested in hearing about Rakuten and Retail Me Not rebate experiences. I made three transactions in one evening through Rakuten, two of which used $100 off $300 codes and one of which was a 2018 futures purchase. None of the rebates were credited to my account. After emailing Rakuten, they, as a courtesy, credited my accounts for the first two purchases, though they said they found no order attributable to my use of Rakuten. Separately, my futures order indicated that my rebate would not occur until after my wine shipped, which means that I may not get a 2019 futures order rebate until 2022. I have received some rebates in the past on $100/$300, but I am wondering if the use of those codes is excluded per Rakuten’s policies (linked below). In addition, use of gift certificates seems to be subject to exclusion, so that would seem to exclude the use of Raise. Anyone have any luck with rebates on futures orders (without having to pester Rakuten or Retail Me Not)?
I got the same email back. Doesn’t seem like they will honor the 10% back in 2 more years. Since they fully charged us for the wine they should pay the rebate.
I would expect they would. It says it can take 7 days after “shipment” to post. I would imagine that “shipment” is defined as charging the card, which they did a couple of days ago. So I’m going to wait a week and see if it posts.
