So following up on this: on the big 30% day, my effective realized rate ended up being 24%. shipments that were split for fulfillment (not at my request or anything) as well as generic tracking issues caused the decline. It was still a good deal, but more akin to a Costco managers special, than a true steal. At least items in question were new release, quasi desirable wines (for me).
Just email RMN (customercare@support.retailmenot.com) if there were mistakes. The reason RMN is the best cash back site IMO is because they have the best customer service, and they have always fixed any errors in my experience. Just make sure to send them documentation of the order.
RMN zeroed out all on the 30% cash back rewards for me saying “Ineligible due to suspected violation of Terms”. I just emailed them, but has this happened to anyone else? Pretty frustrating.
that 24% was the result after doing the follow up with RMN. I had a 33% ‘tracking properly’ rate. For the most part I have not had too many issues with any of these portals, maybe a couple each year tops.

I had no issues with the 30%. I got them all and they are sitting in my “play” bank account.
The only ones to not come through for me are the futures purchases, and today is 45 days for me, so I’m going to submit a few requests. I’ve not had issues getting this credit in the past.
Edit - I’ve already heard back regarding my 3/12 purchases and been credited for both futures purchases.
I got all 7 of my cash back from march, only one of which was 30% (This was also the only one that I had to contact them about, but I forwarded the email and it was approved via chat within minutes today)
I know this isn’t a terrific price, but it’s still WS low from what I can see. WDC just posted 2008 Dom Perignon Rose for 449.97, but it allows 10% off codes to work bringing price down to 404.97 pre tax. Add in 8% cash back from CapitalOne and you can get this for $400 shipped after tax.
