Best deal/coupon for on-line wine shopping

Heitz Martha’s vineyard

Total Wine is on Door Dash.

Door Dash is running a 30% discount on purchases over $25. So I bought a Laubade XO for $75 minus 30% plus tax plus 5% service plus $5 tip which comes to $66.46 delivered.

And you can do it 3 times.

Effectively a 20% discount and shipping is just the tip. Or pick up for free.

Yes!!! Back the truck up!

Hard for me to find a truckload of stuff I want there, but hard liquor is often more competitively priced than the wines I want.

Must be regional, doesn’t come up as an option in Colorado

First Bottle Wines has a 10% off - REORDER10 (expires at the end of the year)
With free shipping on 6 bottles some of the bottles on there are competitive/good deals.
Things I noticed, Caterwaul Regusci 2014, Billecart Salmon Nicolas Francois 2007. I stocked up on the Nicolas Francois plus a couple other champagnes.

Feel free to use my invite code: First Bottle - Sign Up

Assume you are checking DoorDash, doesn’t show on Total Wine

Doesn’t show on DoorDash on my computer, either. Do you have a code?

Total Wine doesn’t show up as an option for doordash, regardless of coupon.

It does here. I’m sure that has to vary by location based on local ABC laws.

Same. Also not getting the Total Wine on DoorDash in the Bay Area.

NYE30, good only on groceries (which is where Total Wine is listed, along with a few local liquor stores and Vons, Pavillions). I’m in SoCal

Not finding more that I want other than the Laubade XO - Dom P is at Total WIne, but not through Door Dash.

Probably good if I needed Vodka. Some of the spirits are priced well, others (like Casamigos Anejo Tequila)

BYE2021: $30/$250

Just tried to order a single 375 of d’Yquem from Zachys…the cost to ship a single 375 ground to the east coast is $52.36. Plus insurance. That has to be the highest per-bottle ground shipping cost I have ever seen. (The shipping code is no longer available.)

morrell has a sale…found some baudry 2018 guillot for $32…some cascina fontana 2013 barolo for $63…and the last bottle of burlotto langhe 2019 for $21.

with $30 off $150 using amex offers…was a decent sale for me.

Interesting. My offer shows $50 off.

Agree Barry on the wine. As I stated in another post about Total Wine yesterday they are usually $5 to $10 more than I can get elsewhere in MN. They came in with a bang but prices have gone up. MN has a liquor law that allows other shops to sell their winery direct cheap stuff and the other shops are always advertising these deals and are about $5 or more cheaper than what is in Total Wine.

Bordeaux is very competitive in nj. My local tw has some great high end bottles and large formats that if I get 30% + pickup, I am well below wspro lowest price shipped

Zachys has an interesting case sale, pickup only though at the Scarsdale NY shop (if link doesn’t work can get to it from the home page scrolling promos) https://i.emlfiles4.com/cmpdoc/7/8/3/0/4/2/files/15462_2021_dec_29_store_casesale_full_pdf.pdf

If anyone in the area is interested in splitting some cases feel free to PM me…several attractive ones but don’t have room for many full case purchases. Some of the ones that caught my eye:

Ridge Vineyards Geyserville Zinfandel 2019 $25
I Greppi Greppicaia Bolgheri Superiore 2016 $25
Bedrock The Bedrock Heritage Sonoma Valley Red 2019 $30
Silvio Nardi Brunello di Montalcino 2016 $30
Toscana Il Borro 2016 $30
Bibbiano Montornello Chianti Classico Gran Selezione 2016 $20
Schramsberg various sparkling for $20-25

And plenty more…

Anyone have any recommendations from the DC store, specifically Italian wines? https://dc.zachys.com/year-end-stacked-sale?country=Italy
