has anyone tried using RMN for cash back from wine.com for pre-arrival orders? Does it work, or are they excluded?

I have never had a pre-arrival order credited automatically. I have always had to submit a case after the 45 days ran, but they have paid the cash back on all of them.

I have had similar issues where some orders pay out right away, while I’ve had to contact them on others. I’ve started flagging my RMN/rakuten activation emails and putting them in a folder to keep track. When I get paid, I delete it.

Their MA inventory fluctuates a lot, frustratingly. But there are almost always pockets of value to be had. Just today, 2016 Chateau L’Evangile, with one of the $50 off codes and RMN discount almost $100 off retail on a fairly priced Pomerol.

I don’t think they have coupons. If you have an AMEX card, they often have the 50$ off of 250$ offers.

Pathetic indeed. My understanding, however, is that it has to do with the fact that the NY warehouse is not being used because of the issues reported over the summer. So they can’t keep stuff in stock in their Florida warehouse since it basically seems to be supplying the entire east coast. Most interesting things are snagged in a matter of minutes…
