I was thinking if everyone uses, say berserkers15, make it something different for the preview businesses, and publish that code tomorrow. But it’s probably not that simple, and there are lots of different purchases interfaces.
It was pretty clear in the tags what was available to buy and what said not to buy.

Thanks Todd. I read through the thread, but perhaps I wasn’t super clear.
I no longer have access to the GCC forums, so I can’t see what is preview and what is early purchase offer. For people who don’t use WB and see the allocation pop up directly in their account on the producers website - should there be a note on the producers website that no purchases should be made that day?

There are no offers in GCC forums, just the two forums Early Purchase Offers and (temporarily paused) Preview Day - no purchases - forums. Every post has an indication at the top of what category/forum it is in. You don’t have access to those yet as you are no longer GCC/MC, that’s why
My hope, next year, is that all those in Preview Day will keep their hyperlinks out until the night of Preview Day when there is more housekeeping, etc. It’s not that easy, however, as many don’t do a ton of e-commerce coding, so it can be tricky to get them to be available for it all, on time, etc

I understand it’s a problem, but not really fair to the majority unless it is restored soon as I can’t rearrange my schedule to look at it later.

I’m putting them back shortly, trying to make amendments where I can, but do note it’s only been down 30 minutes of the 2.5 hours so far, and will be up until 7pm PST tonight
It’s a shame people just can’t read and follow the rules.
They aren’t complicated…
I tend to open each forum in different windows to avoid any mistakes and I like that when clicking on a Preview Day thread there’s almost always something at the top saying DO NOT BUY TODAY
