What’s the ABV? My only nit on this 1985 is a bit of heat from the 50%. Would love to see it at 46% or less.
I have an extra of the Beserker cognac if someone missed out or wants another.
Add a splash of water. It’s no sin, and will make a big difference. A “drop or two” is not enough.
What would you think if some trailer trash dude were to drop a cube of ice or three into it? Seems scandalous, no?

That 1980 is at 52%; you could look at these if you want lower proof; I’m a bourbon drinker so 52% is low proof for me.

The rare is a blend but the youngest eau de vie is 50 years old.
He is his own host, ruins the fine liquor with a glass full of cubes to completely eliminate any texture de eloped over the 30-40 years in barrel
