I am looking for a source of Berkshire pork for a dinner this weekend.

Also for those who have had the Flannery Pork Rib Cap is it worth the tariff at $25/pound vs his other cuts of pork? I am planning on starting with the pork in the smoker then searing in a cast iron pan and finishing in the oven and saucing with an apple cider and calvados reduction. It will be served along side an apple and fennel slaw.
The Flannery Rib Cap is excellent. My prep is a quick brine (4 hours), sear and dry roast. So good it makes me laugh and cry at the same time. Have pre-brined one for cooking tonight
