Bedrock 2013 Rose

First off let me state im a huge Bedrock fan.

Having said that i was very disappointed with this wine, for me it lacked any real character. I found it thin with none of the typical fresh berries and crispness you expect in a good rose.

I have several more of these so im hoping it was a bad bottle and not typical

I’d suggest hanging on to your additional bottles until next summer.

Wow, suprised at this… Opened a bottle the other night and loved it. Much more my style than 12.

Exactly. Said it before, I’ll say it again. All the Bedrock wines need a solid year after bottling to show their best.

+1

They all get so much better with at least 1 year, 2 preferable…especially the wines you might not otherwise even think of aging, like the OV Zin and NC Syrah.
