Thanks Todd. Nothing like throwing your own birthday party. Actually we had a birthday week celebration. Great friends, great food, great wines and perfect weather.

Looking at the pig is interesting, but I wish I had taken pics of the aftermath. Every one of my 360 wine glasses was used and sitting around somewhere. Any level surface at my place was covered in glassware.

The last guest left I think about 8AM. I got to bed by 10AM. What a party!

I admit I catered the pig. The La Caja China is still on the list for another party.

Yum!! Looks great. What type of sauces did you have? Looks like they are numbered from my favorite BBQ joint. Whole Hog Cafe.

The lady in MissPiggy03 is my friend Aimee. She’s a model and a fashion consultant at a high end store here in ABQ. Very nice person.

Indeed the pig came from Whole Hog Cafe. I wanted to do a La Caja China but the timing just didn’t work out. But soon. Most of the sauces weren’t opened, the zins took care of any additional liquid/moisture needs.
