The Ribbon Ridge bottlings come from Berserker Doug Ackerman’s Armstrong Vineyard, a selection of barrels classified for this “village” level wine. The 2011 was noted as one of Oregon’s top 50 wines of 2013 by Portland Monthly magazine.
The 2010 Zenith Vineyard bottling comes from my half acre block of Pommard clone at Tim Ramey’s vineyard in the heart of the Eola Hills. As with all of my wines, this wine was fermented naturally with minimal punch downs or other extraction techniques, then aged in older oak and bottled unfiltered.
