We were doing a major year end reorganizing of our case goods room and ran across something quite unexpected. Stashed away in a picking bin that we thought had supplies were a few cases of 2014 Brut Rose Bubbly! We immediately fired up the riddling machine and a week later the neck chiller to finish off those sleeping beauties! The finished wine is very bright and fruit forward with loads of raspberry flavors. As with our other bubbly bottlings, this is more Californian that Champagne like. More fruit and slight toast, not so much chalky biscuitiness. Closed with a crown cap to seal in all the tasty goodness. Rare and Yummy!
