Weâre back again! Our sixth year as part of Berserkerday and we couldnât be happier. If youâre in any major city in America youâve probably seen our caviar at some point (specifically Los Angeles) on the menus of some of the most popular restaurants in the US. FAQ:
Shelf life
Unopened : roughly six weeks. The larger the tin the longer. Everything is pressure sealed, so all thatâs happening is the seal loosens over time. This is why I do not recommend glass jarred caviar. Those just leak air immediately. Weâve had people find our tins a year later, try them, and said they were fine. But we usually recommend six weeks after it leaves us 
Opened: same applies here as above. The smaller the tin the quicker you need to finish it. 24 hrs for 30g tins and up to 3/4 days for 200g! Basically, thereâs more layers of eggs in the larger tins so thereâs more of the tin that doesnât see oxygen after itâs scooped.
Shipping
All shipping is via fedex/UPS overnight. Will be shipped Monday - Thursday unless specially requested for Friday shipping for Saturday delivery ($25 extra fee). We ship everything in fully insulated thick walled styrofoam boxes.
