Are "Off Wine Days" a Real Thing? If so, why?

… with our first snow of the season freshly fallen, I had an urge to open a Pibarnon rosé, and sure enough it was wonderful. Why a “summer wine” should work in January is a good question, to which I have no answer.

This is the best time to open a rosé, to remind you of sunny times to come. There is absolutely no point to opening these in summer because you are already experiencing it.
