ARABILIS 🎉 New Baby, New Bubbles, and BIG Berserker-Only Deals! 33% off, shipping deals, and pre-releases!

Hi WineBerserkers!

It’s been a big year for us—full of milestones, late nights, and a whole lot of bubbles.

:baby_bottle: First, we became parents! Our daughter, Penelope Quinn, arrived last year, and she’s already knocking it out of the park supervising us at tastings and selling cases.

:wrench: Second, we launched Oregon Sparkling Wine, offering sparkling wine production services (fully automated tirage, riddling, and disgorging) Oregon’s mĂ©thode traditionnelle producers.

:clinking_glasses: Third, and what we know you’ll appreciate most—we finally released our first traditional method sparkling wines under Arabilis! They disappeared fast, but for BD16, we’re unlocking a small library stash just for Berserkers (keep reading!).

Who We Are

We’re Allison & Kenny McMahon, the husband-and-wife team behind Arabilis Wines. ‘Arabilis’ means arable or farmable land, reflecting our deep connection with growers and our dream of planting our own vineyard one day.

We’re both scientists at heart, with PhDs in wine, and we bring that expertise to every bottle—sourcing top fruit from the Eola-Amity Hills and crafting Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and traditional method sparkling wines with precision and care.

BerserkerDay 16 Offers

We’re beyond excited to be back for BD16 with some amazing offers:
:white_check_mark: Up to 33% off
:white_check_mark: Pre-releases
:white_check_mark: Shipping deals

Massive gratitude to the incredible Berserker community for your ongoing support, and a big thank you to Todd and crew for making this event a success every year. We love connecting with this community of wine geeks, so drop your questions in this thread—we’re happy to chat, geek out, and share more about what we do!

Cheers,
Allison & Kenny

:metal: :metal: :metal: :metal: :metal: :metal: :metal: :metal:

Three Chardonnays to make your day anything but hard. A three-pack of electrifying Chardonnays that showcase our commitment to precision, elegance, and balance.

This bundle includes:

2023 Pearlstad Vineyard Chardonnay – A stunning pre-release exclusively for Berserkers. If you loved the 2021 Pearlstad (a past Berserker Day favorite), you’re in for a treat. The 2023 vintage continues the legacy of finesse, with vibrant acidity and depth. Pre-release!

2023 Eola-Amity Hills Chardonnay – Our appellation designate, combining Pearlstad, Stiling, and Jubilee vineyards. Allison tells Kenny, “This is our Gatorade of Chardonnays
we nailed the quench factor.” Kenny tells Allison, “F🩆K me, yeah, this is our big salt lick.” So, yes, this wine is all about comfort and joy. Fresh lemon curd, yuzu citrus zest, ripe pineapple and straw aromas. Medium bodied with a creamy texture accompanied by tropical fruit, peach, toasted almond, struck flintstone, and lingering salinity. Pleasing AF. Pre-release!

2021 Dampier Vineyard Chardonnay – 100% Old Wente Prosser clone, planted in 1992, fermented in oak puncheons (40% new), and with extended Ă©levage in stainless steel on light lees. This wine just wants to live in France, but guess what, it’s the Washington side of the Columbia Gorge at 1200’ elevation and dry-farmed. This rounds out the trio with seamless energy. 93 points and Editor’s Choice from Wine Enthusiast

Yup – I can vouch for these superb wines. Very much on the elegance side, never over extracted on the still wines, and racing acidity but somehow exceeds expectations and pops with flavor on the sparkling side (the two don’t always coincide IMHO). And I can hardly wait for Kenny to put my first sparkling into triage this May!!!

This is a disgorgement pic, but it captures Kenny’s personality! Joyful exuberance!
