GRATITUDE
So many thank yous are in order. None of these are ranked, because every single one matters. Each plays a vital role in keeping this small, hands-on project alive. We truly couldn’t do this without:
- Todd French and the endlessly passionate crew behind the scenes WineBerserkers.com — expert enablers of the best kind.
- The Wine Berserkers forum members and BerserkerDay visitors. In other words, our customers. And wow, are we grateful.
- Our helpers. We are a very small team, and this work only happens with the generosity of family, friends, neighbors, and our broader community who step in whenever they’re needed.Thank you all for believing in what we do and helping make it possible, year after year.
About Us
We are Allison & Kenny McMahon, a husband-and-wife team who founded Arabilis with a singular long-term focus: traditional method sparkling wine. While our table today still includes Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, those wines have always been part of the journey—supporting cash flow while we quietly built a serious sparkling program in the background. For years, we’ve been “parking away” bottles to stock, investing in time, complete end-to-end equipment, and relationships with the grower-Champagne producers we admire and have worked alongside. Now, that vision is coming fully into focus. Our upcoming releases will be predominantly sparkling (traditional method only), and from here forward our production is 95% méthode traditionnelle and 5% still wine. So, our still wines will become increasingly limited—making this year’s Berserker offer a rare opportunity to revisit and cellar the wines that helped build Arabilis into what is now a dedicated sparkling house.

- 93 points | The International Wine Report
- “Displaying a lovely light to medium lemon core with a watery rim in the glass, the 2021 Pearlstad Chardonnay from Arabilis gifts notes of grilled lemon, white nectarine, white wildflowers, crushed wet stone, lemony herbs, and a touch of cream. A medium body merges with mouthwatering acidity to create a subtle and delicious wine that delivers a finish that goes on for minutes.”
2021 Dampier Vineyard Chardonnay (Retail $42, today 41% off)
- 93 points, “Editor’s Choice” | Wine Enthusiast Magazine
- “I love my Sleepytime tea, so I was overjoyed by this Chardonnay’s aromas of chamomile tea accented by a big lemon wedge. Citrus flavors dominate the palate, with a mix of orange and tangerine overshadowing tonic water and toasted hazelnuts notes. Brilliant acidity ties it all up in a nice bow.” — Michael Alberty
2022 Eola-Amity Hills Reserve Chardonnay (Retail $42, today 41% off)
- 94 points, “Editor’s Choice” | Wine Enthusiast Magazine
- “Sniffing this wine is like going for a walk outside on a snowy day, complete with scents of pine needles, loamy soil, wet and mossy garden path stones and an icy lemon snow cone. Steely acidity guides the wine’s lemon butter on biscuits, thyme and rosemary flavors. This is comfort Chardonnay, brilliantly executed.” — Michael Alberty
2023 Eola-Amity Hills Chardonnay (Retail $38, today 34% off)
- 94 Points | Paul Gregutt
- “The argument can be made that this AVA makes more great Chardonnays than anywhere else in Oregon. Here’s a good example of the style – lush but not lavish, strongly scented with fruit and barrel, tasting of lemon pulp and rind. The subtle savory notes are beautifully integrated, and the whole experience is wrapped into a low abv wine that doesn’t tire the palate or knock you on your *. Sophisticated, sexy winemaking”
2023 Eola-Amity Hills Rosé (Retail $28, today 11% off)
- “Pouring a pale salmon/silver color…On the nose, it’s pretty and delicate, with notes of fresh flowers, white strawberries, wet stone, and chives. Spritely, medium-bodied, and linear, it offers bright acidity all the way through and is going to be best enjoyed over the next couple of years.” — Audrey Frick, Jeb Dunnuck
- “the Arabilis rosé delivers a crisp mouthfeel and a lightning strike of acidity. The wine’s aromas of nectarines, cherries and rose petals meld seamlessly into flavors like tangerine, cold mineral water, cut grass and a bit of lemonade on the finish.” — Michael Alberty, Wine Enthusiast
Offer B: Methode Reserve — Berserker Access
Shop here or click the product link below. Just add the products to your bag. Discounts will apply automatically.
Our traditional method sparkling wines are produced in very small quantities, and we almost never discount them outside of club allocations. Several of our current cuvées are now club-only, with just one remaining public release: our 2020 Columbia Gorge Extra Brut.
To preserve the integrity of our club program and allocation system, we’re making a rare exception for the Berserker community with near–club pricing on this wine. This is a genuine inside look at our sparkling program, offered at a level that is normally reserved for members and unlikely to be repeated.
If you’ve been curious about where Arabilis is headed long-term, this bottle is the clearest preview.

- It’s a 2020, steely and electric, with a dense vertical palate that drives the flavors deep into the finish. If you are someone who likes to cellar and age Champagne, tuck a few of these away for comparison in a decade or two. " - Paul Gregutt
