Last night after dinner we had grappas with Pink Lady apples, while watching the Winter Olympics out in our living room. We shared two Pink Lady apples (to help get us through the Olympics) and had two grappas with the apples - Jacopo Poli Grappa di Moscato and Sarpa di Poli. The Moscato was fruity and very good with the crisp apple. The Sarpa was much better than the last bottle, richer fruit and less hotness. All was quite nice while watching the various events of the Winter Olympics.
