My wife’s friend, who lives in NYC, to us to their Manhattan location while we were visiting. It’s a little hole-in-the-wall joint, but – my gawd!! The Romanoff Bloody Martini I had – ok, I admit, I had 3 – was the best bloody mary or martini I’ve ever had. it’s made with two vodkas: a pepper infused vodka and a horseradish infused vodka. It was very spicy, extremely tasty, and martinis 1 through 3 increased in alcohol level, which, to me, is always a hallmark of a good martini bar! The Manhattan joint is at 34 E. Second Street. I recommend it.
