Anyone interested in buying a struggling shop in metro Houston?

I say struggling because the first-time wine/spirits shop owners have no idea what they’re doing and have put forth no effort in their operation, no experience on staff. They’ve been losing money and stuck in a lease, 7+ months in, grossly underperforming. I guess you could say there’s a good deal of potential here with the right approach and alignment. It would probably require a re-branding and re-positioning and strategic publicity ahead of a re-opening.

I’m not a business attorney, but I’ve worked in several retail bottle shops over the years.

I would accept mutual terms on a finder’s fee, if the biz changed hands toward a course correction. DM if interested to chat.

If someone wants to open a wine shop in Houston, they are much better off starting fresh, rather than paying for someone’s mistakes. And who would want to purchase inventory you wouldn’t have purchased anyways?
