Haven’t been impressed with D’Artagnan duck breasts lately, shoddy butchering and small size. Any other high quality duck breasts out there?
I buy Hudson Valley magret. They are huge, like a pound each. Never been disappointed.
Same here. Size seems to depend on the season. I’ve seen 3/4 pounds to almost 1.25 pounds.

The last few from D’Artagnan have been 3-4 oz with skin missing, breasts cut wrong, just shoddy buchering.
