Announcing Chicago Bearserkerfest, May 17-19 w PREPAY INSTRUCTIONS

Count me in.

Mel, assuming we can transport it, I know of an extra BGE that could be brought over to help with backyard grilling for a larger crowd and that isn’t currently getting much use.

Cheers,
Rowen

Jordan is planning on hosting and he has just put in a very nice outdoor kitchen

GRRR!!

(and that’s not a Bears grr, it’s a frustrated grr that you guys are doing this the week AFTER I’m in freakin’ Chicago. Planner fail)

Do they have tables and chairs up there? I thought it was just a lounge area. If so, please investigate Bristol as an alternative to Michael, Keith.

Both of the times I’ve eaten there in the past few months have been on the 2nd floor and there were definitely seats and tables. I’ll definitely look into it as this starts to shape up a little more.

title should be 17-19th as 15th is a wednesday

speak for yourself…i’ll get started on wednesday!

Fixed, thanks Dr. J.

Nothing planned for May. I’m in. Did I hear something about a Chave table?

In thou art, Bob.

Britstol gets my vote as well. have eaten upstairs a few times too.

Is there room for 40-60 up there, comfortably seated?

yes. huge space.

here’s a challenge to everyone who is flying in. Sign up for at least 1 credit card and fly free to chicago newhere

At this point it’s tentative but I’m definitely interested!

Welcome to the tentative department, David!

I have an email out to Rick Woienski, purveyor at Montana Wagyu Cattle Company, to join us and bring along some of his product for our planned grilling fest.

Very nice, Mr. Bill.

I’m in for at least some of it

This list is looking fantastic!

I’ll do my best to skip the May Trustees meeting, and hit the Fall one instead, so MAYBE I can come…I want to support the first non-coastal (and no, Lake Michigan doesn’t count) BerserkerFest, even though it is so disgustingly renamed…
