That’s a great question!
Of course, the person-to-person variation in sensitivities (alcohol, TCA, brett, etc.) is so great in humans, that the best you could do is some average.
I opened this thread expecting some LLM crap. This old-school AI hype is almost quaint now.
I too miss the days of AI just being a way to hype linear regression.

Sure, we can call it maybe something like machine learning. 
I sense there’s an issue over formal definition of AI that I’m missing. I always thought that it was sort of an umbrella term for several different specific “skills”.
