It’s like picking a favorite child - I personally loved Wildwoods, but a good friend of mine (@Rohit_B) loved Wing Canyon.
@Kevin_s, what was it about Wildwoods that you preferred over Wing Canyon?
In for 3 Wing Canyon, interested in blend with the cab franc and merlot
I would describe Wildwoods as brooding, classic, dark, linear, structured. Whereas Wing Canyon is more aromatic, layered, and expressive. To me Wildwoods is for Cab purists (which I am) vs. Wing Canyon which is more nuanced/multidimensional.
3-pack of Wing Canyon. Pick-up option saved $50 shipping.
Picked up the Wing Canyon. Will dwell on the Wildwood a bit longer. Looking forward to trying these!
Dwelling also..will see if it is still available tonight in comfort of home.
Excited for my Wing Canyon and more Berserker reviews in the fall.
Picked up the Wind Canyon. I would have liked to get in an order of Wildwoods but have to watch the budget since there are other offerings from other wineries coming up.
Went for one pack of each. Rohit made me do it.
What was the pricing?
Pricing is $510 per 3-pack with a (2) 3-pack limit per bottling and an option to wish-list (1) additional 3-pack.
Don’t miss out on either of these wines! You’ll be sorry you did… Both are absolute stunners, Julia and Rob are the best in the biz crafting truly special wine on another level. Destined to be a legendary inaugural release, and going nowhere but up from here!
I got a 3-pack of Wing Canyon.
Can’t wait for your release on the 25th! Another stunner of a wine ![]()
Went in for a 3 pack of the Wings Canyon
Same!
The hype must have made me sign up and also order each of the three packs offered, which is what I was offered. Would be fun to visit them at some point if I go back to Napa.
I debated this one all day. A buddy of mine decided that we would each take 1 3-pack of a vineyard and then swap one bottle. I could get comfortable taking a $600 risk, but wasn’t going to take a $1,200 one. At least I stay on the wine list.
Had this one in the cart for 3 Wing Canyon and ultimately decided to pass.
