A special request to all Berserkers regarding Berserkerfests

For the next Berkerfest in NY can we use this date: 5, Kislev 5771.
That way I’ll get it on the correct calendar
West Coasters can use the Zoroastrian calendar or whatever…


On another note: do the numbers all change if something gets canceled or added?
Example: If Berserkerfest 9 is scheduled for some date in future and I reserve a spot. Then 8 gets canceled and 9 becomes 8 and a new 9 is there - do I have to go to the original 9 which is now 8 or to the new 9 which might have been 10 but is now 9 or what if one is added after 9 and 10 are announced but is a date between 9 and 10 - does that become the new 10 and the old 10 is now 11?

I hope I haven’t confused the issue.

I say just number the new ones consecutively with whole numbers and leave the past alone. But, when one is scheduled and identified for a particular date (i.e., August 14), and one gets quickly planned before that date, rather than renumber, just add “Favre” next to the number.
