A nice Champagne and a not so nice Grand Cru white Burgundy

Short thoughts.
Laurent Perrier Grand Siecle 25 is a very easy drinking wine that is exceptionally good right now. With some time in the open bottle it expands and seems to gain depth. The last glass was the most backward. Highly drinkable now but there might still be a bit of upside.

Henri Boillot 2017 Corton Charlemagne is very suspect. Already somewhat dark in color with a clunky pallet, probably in the early stages of premature oxidation, a disappointment.
I have another which I will open soon.

Sad. I just recently learned the hard way Boillot Boi-no.

I thought I was the only one. Not drinkable for me. Went into the vinegar jar.
