It depends on the level of online awareness. Does the person know and understand what a message board is? Or online forum? How about a Facebook group?
If yes, then it’s easy. WB is just a GIANT one all about wine, wine related things and other random things wine centric people think about…
If not, well then start with asking if their computer is turned on and if they have restarted the computer recently…
