A few assorted TNs---19 Quivet, 10 Remoissenet, 12 Fevre

2012 William Fevre Chablis Valourents

This showed just fine, with resolved minerality and dash of lemon around lightly ripe apple notes. It’s quite smooth dans la bouche—enough so that I might lean towards drinking these up in the next few years. Good wine, though not with an extra gear

2019 Quivet Pellet Cab

Not shy with the fruit presentation—strong cobbler of blueberry, plum and blackberry that is replicated on the big-and-rich palate. Great wine with tenderloin steak, but would eclipse a lot of other food. No danger of decline and very much in the wheelhouse for profile for these

2010 Remoissenet Beaune Marconnets

This provided what I would have hoped from the bottle—an expression of precision and…“Burgundy”…that I love about the 2010 vintage wines that I’ve loved. This is quite light on its feet, tending to raspberry and cranberry notes with a touch of earth in the nose. I’d say the palate is now nicely resolved, quite good value for the money these days and in no danger of decline. Very satisfying.
