2026 marks the 50th anniversary of Stephen Spurrier’s legendary Judgment of Paris, the tasting that forever changed the world’s perception of California wines.
To celebrate this milestone, we are hosting a head-to-head tasting of the finest California and Bordeaux wines. The focus will be on Bordeaux and California Cabernets from 1970 to 1991, carefully curated to include the very best from both regions. As always, the tasting will be conducted blind.
We will gather for a late lunch at 2:30 PM at Hudson Prime Steakhouse in Westchester, just a short walk from the Irvington train station (approximately 40 minutes from Grand Central).
The lineup is truly exceptional, featuring many of the most celebrated wines of the era. Join us for this unique opportunity to taste history and celebrate fifty years of extraordinary wine.
