Joshua put me on this place and I’d have been there before opening at 11 AM if not for ICE stop between McAllen and San Antonio. No problems but 15 minutes there cost me.
Line was 40 minutes by the time I got on at 11:15. Oh well, righteous BBQ for sure. Star of show was their turkey which was just all you could want from fowl. Brisket fabulous, easily eclipsing the garbage brisket I had in McAllen last night.
And somebody likes Burgundy there!
