No I haven´t tasted 2019 Felsenberg GG so far, but it is more mineral&pure than Hermannshöhle. Hermannshöhle always impresses by elegance and fineness.
BTW, I just received 2020 Felsenberg GG yesterday. 20/20 by Michael Schmidt/Jancis Robinson. Stay tuned…

Difficult to make a general assumption these days, as every vintage is different. In general after 2-3 years. But surprisingly the 2015 GGs are quite open&charming right now for example, I couldn’t believe it.
