Im picking up flavors and aromas of ginger, salt, apples, pears and wet stone. The acidity and elegance are striking. I had a bottle in 2022. It was good then but now its something more. It is now firing on all cylinders. This matches the elegance of a top white burgundy. I had this with Arctic char, shiitake and Yu choy.
