Yeah… I personally was more drawn to the Hossfeld’s immediacy of flavor and intensity. The Fortuna was a little more reserved for me at that time. It may ultimately lap the Hossfeld, but for now it’s slow to unfold. Time will tell, but the Hossfeld was pretty compelling considering what it is and its QPR. It can’t match the concentration and complexity levels of some of the other BTK/LPV wines, but I enjoyed it more than I have any other vintage.
So the OG is some serious juice based on these tasting notes !!

…GD is the usual shaking hands and kissing babies, everybody’s fruit-driven pal kind of To Kalon.
…and Bam really stepped it up in 2016. Notably more impressive this vintage.
