I have not tried '15 DP, but I would expect it to be ok at best. The only DP that really does if for me in this century is the '08. I think Comtes is the better Champagne this century and at least as good as DP in the '90’s.

I just got an offer of the much better 2013 for 200!
My Costco had the '13 at $270 today. The problem in the US with price drops is distributors and importers either holding stock at higher prices or just increasing their margins.
I don’t know about others but I personally cant stand the “special edition” bottlings, particularly this one (as well as the recent Lady Gaga edition). Not only do not care for them but up here in Canada they want a $25 dollar premium per bottle for them! I think they look tacky and will stand out like a sore thumb amongst the rest of my cellar. Ill be waiting on the regular release, however its for sure going to be over $300 a bottle in Canada…
