The one that made me laugh the hardest:

wich SCREW CAPPED wine have you drank this week

It got all deleted and then quotes got attached to people other than the authors, I think, but this one was hilarious. I don’t know if it is still available to read (I am a bit challenged with search/technology).

I managed to preserve a little bit of the style in this post: drc now under skrew cap 100 00 ds per case - WINE TALK - WineBerserkers

Likely it’s posts of this calibre that led to my winning the Comedian of the Year award (no small feat!)

I’d like to offer a big to Pat Burton for a couple of threads where he’s attempted to build a resource that would be useful to others well into the future. I love that type of community spirit, and it’s something that I really enjoy on wine/travel fora.

Also, whilst I don’t get many PMs, the ones I did get showed wonderful generosity of spirit, so thank you.

Many thanks also to Todd, for hosting and cat-herding. A thanklessly impossible task at times, so thanks for your tolerance of the moments where we lose our sense of perspective.

Likely it’s posts of this calibre that led to my winning the Comedian of the Year award (no small feat!)

The last one I read that had me roaring included some verbiage about a cat and a trip to the vet, I think. It might have been Monsieur Champney’s post, I am not sure. Hilarious.
